As the first-of-its-kind project, East Scarborough Works (ESW) showed the difference the Connected Community Works (CCW) model can make to help Job Seekers navigate through pathways to employment more seamlessly. This 4 page handout describes the observations/outcomes from ESW which resulted in the creation of a great network of employers and institutions that support local workforce development networks.
