Traditionally, pathways to employment have been hard to navigate, with job seekers being left to their own vices in order to find their own path to employment, however, with the CCW Approach, communities leverage networks to help create better, organized pathways to employment. This visual helps show the difference between broken and fixed pathways to employment.
