Part of Playbook 3, the Workback Plan is a critical tool in aligning the recruitment requirements at the demand end of the pathway with the ability for the network to align their services, programs and training to help local residents be as prepared as possible. The workback plan creates a line of sight for the Workforce Integrator and maps out the timeline within which the coordination of pathway players will take place.
