Grassroots leadership is critical to equitable, connected communities. Yet grassroots groups have tremendous difficulty in accessing resources. This report reflects on one community's efforts to ensure that grassroots groups have what they need to thrive. This model, Neighbourhood Trust, generated some important learnings about the relationships between grassroots groups, community organizations and funding structures.
