Focus groups can be a good way of developing a deeper understanding of a community and the thoughts of local residents. Focus groups can either energize and empower the people participating, or they can focus on what is wrong and point fingers at who should fix it. This tool will help you to design a focus group that highlights and builds on what is good, valued and strong to create a stronger community.
