The ultimate goal of the Connected Community Approach is to create ecosystems that work better for people, especially people who are often marginalized by systems as they currently are. Collective Impact and Connected Communities Approach are different, but aligned approaches to systems change and hold several similarities...including the complexity of sustaining initiatives over the long term.
